Aegis are a leader in the research and development of soft and hard armour solutions for general and specialized UK police forces for over 17 years. Our solutions protect against a range of threats from small arms 9mm carbine, Dm11, AP B32 rounds and .357 Magnum rounds, to hard armour threats of MP7, 7.62mm NATO Ball and 12 Gauge true cylinder RLS rounds.
Aegis supply general duty and fire arms solutions to police forces within the UK and internationally, where dual purpose (stab & ballistic) panels have been developed and certified to UK Home Office 2003 and 2007 standards HG1A, HG1 HG2 & KR1, KR2 standards. Our products offer the wearer both freedom of movement and threat protection.

HG1A - A soft / light weight flexible panel protection designed to defeat ballistic threats from 9mm calibre DM11A1B2 to 0.357 Magnum projectiles.
HG1A + KR1 - A soft / flexible panel protection designed to defeat ballistic threats from 9mm calibre DM11A1B2 to 0.357 Magnum projectiles combined with Anti-Stab protection of 36 joules energy.
HG1A + KR2 - A soft / flexible panel protection designed to defeat ballistic threats from 9mm calibre DM11A1B2 to 0.357 Magnum projectiles combined with Anti-Stab protection of 50 joules energy.
HG1 + KR1 + SP1 - A laminated panel protection designed to defeat ballistic threats from 9 mm calibre DM11A1B2 to 0.357 Magnum projectiles with inherent trauma protection combined with Anti-Stab protection of 36 joules energy and Anti-Spike protection from pointed edged weapons of 24 joules energy.
